If you don't have a Live account just make a Silver account and download the demos. Cops and robbers Forza Horizon I would love a DLC where you choose to be cops or bad guys, not so much like Rivals but similar in the way you can upgrade your car and have custom missions etc I'm sure it would sell and especially with the attention to detail and open world scenario!
It should include hazards, convertible, wipers and lights. New Guns, New Bank With Money, Auto saving leaderboard, new buttons, new look, new cafeteria, forest, and gate! Especially in the HUD, don't get me wrong, the modern look of it right now looks really good but I prefer the aesthetic of Horizon 1. I do think a "cops and robbers"/"cops and racers" multiplayer mode would be fairly easy to implement and fantastic fun.
