FYI, I call the Krylon at (800) 247-3268 to find out if it was toxic , if ingested, once paints dries for toddlers ( I used the Krylon Fusion for plastic (with the picture of a kids' playhouse on it, to paint a pink toddler bed found at a garage sale for my grandson)..I was told, once it has cured or dried for 7 days, there would no longer be toxic fumes. This brown paper is useful for practicing painting too.
