Unless Gears 5 has a bunch more new Swarm creatures, I can't see a Beast mode being too much fun. Also, Jack's hijack ability in horde lets the player control more enemy types. It was a cool little mode, but you sort of just play it a few times for all the unlocks/achievements tied to it and then the novelty wears off. I haven't seen any posts discuss this (I could have missed any), but would it be possible for beast mode to exist in Gears 5? People love to say how much they loved Beast Mode (and I'm sure they did like it a lot), but it really wasn't played a whole lot. Campaign spoiler: If you recall up to the leading moments of a tragic event, Kait was able to control a drone, mulcher scion, warden, etc. I'd rather see OverRun return, that would at least have some replayability.
